We are recruiting on behalf of our client, a well-established and growing construction company, for an Estimator to join their expanding team. This is an exciting opportunity for a commercially minded individual to work on a varied portfolio of construction, refurbishment, fit-out, and maintenance projects across multiple sectors.
The Role
As an Estimator, you will play a key role in preparing accurate cost estimates, tender submissions, and pricing packages while supporting the successful delivery of projects from pre-construction through to completion.
Key Responsibilities
- Preparing detailed estimates and tender documents
- Reviewing drawings, specifications, and project requirements
- Sourcing and analysing subcontractor and supplier quotations
