Our client is seeking a talented individual to take on a pivotal role in their office, ensuring smooth operations and excellent service for their clients, suppliers, and staff. Key Responsibilities Communication & Coordination Answer phone inquiries and direct calls professionally. Keep diaries and schedules updated for staff, directors, and events. Liaise with suppliers, clients, and subcontractors to maintain seamless communication. Event & Travel Planning Assist with corporate events, meetings, and special occasions (LFC matches, Grand National, and more). Handle invites, guest lists, and booking arrangements. Coordinate travel, including hotel reservations for directors and clients. Administrative Excellence Manage office supplies, uniforms, and stationery stocks. Organize and archive documents, files, and contracts. Assist with expense reporting, invoices, and payment processing. Fleet Management Monitor and schedule company vehicle repairs and checks. Prepare reports on mileage and maintenance. Support & Collaboration Provide administrative support to directors and staff. Prepare wage files and update company records.
