Job Title: Multiskilled Electrician (6-Month Fixed-Term Contract) Salary: £42,745 per annum + standby/call-out enhancements Hours: 37 hours per week Location: Oldham The Role A leading housing provider is seeking a Multiskilled Electrician to join their Responsive Repairs team on a 6-month fixed-term contract. The successful candidate will carry out a full range of electrical repairs and planned maintenance to domestic properties, public buildings, and associated assets. In addition to core electrical duties, the role includes minor associated building works and participation in an out-of-hours rota to cover emergency repairs. Duties will include electrical testing, fault finding, rewires, EICRs, installation of final circuits, replacement of consumer units, and general repairs in line with BS7671:2018+A2:2022.
