We are currently recruiting for an experienced Multi Skilled Plumber to join a well-established team in the Manchester area on a temp to perm basis. The role will involve working across social housing properties, carrying out a variety of plumbing and general maintenance duties. A van and fuel card will be provided for the successful candidate upon starting the role.

Key Responsibilities
  • Carrying out plumbing repairs and maintenance in social housing properties
  • General multi skilled maintenance tasks as required
  • Working in both occupied and void properties
  • Diagnosing faults and completing work to a high standard
  • Ensuring all work is completed safely and efficiently
Requirements
  • NVQ Level 2 in Plumbing (or equivalent)
  • Valid CSCS card
  • Proven experience in a similar role (social housing preferred)
  • Full UK Driving Licence
  • Clean shaven (PPE requirement)
  • Strong work ethic and ability to work independently
  • Available for an immediate start
