We are seeking an experienced Multi-Skilled Plasterer to start immediately, working across the Manchester area. This is a long-term opportunity for the right candidate, covering fit-out, refurbishment, general maintenance, and repair works.
Responsibilities:
- Undertake plastering works, with a strong focus on damp proofing
- Carry out first-fix stud walling
- Complete basic plumbing, patch plastering, tiling, groundworks, and other general maintenance tasks
- Install kitchens, bathrooms, and associated fittings
- Work independently or as part of a team to meet project deadlines
- Ensure all work is completed in line with health and safety regulations
Requirements:
- Previous experience in social housing or customer-facing roles
- NVQ or equivalent qualification
- Valid UK driving licence with fewer than 6 penalty points
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Competency in plastering, basic plumbing, tiling, and general maintenance
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work to a high standard
