We are currently recruiting for an experienced Commercial Plumber to join a specialist mechanical contractor operating across commercial and care environments throughout the UK. This is a temp-to-perm opportunity with an immediate start available, offering long-term, stable work for the right candidate.
Please note: this role involves regular UK-wide travel, so flexibility to work away from home when required is essential.
The Role:
- You will be responsible for delivering a range of commercial plumbing and heating works within live care home and commercial environments.
- Duties will include:
- Installation and maintenance of commercial plumbing systems
- TMV servicing, replacement and remedial works
- Hot and cold water services installation and repair
- Pipework installation (copper, plastic and waste systems)
- Fault finding and reactive plumbing repairs
- Supporting heating system works and plant room installations
- Working within live care home environments
- Completing job reports and compliance documentation
- Travelling to sites across the UK as required
Requirements:
- Essential:
- NVQ Level 2 or Level 3 in Plumbing
- Experience working in commercial environments
