The Role
An opportunity has arisen for an Assistant Quantity Surveyor / Project Quantity Surveyor to join the commercial team on projects based in Manchester Central.
The position would suit an ambitious Assistant QS looking to take the next step in their career, or an experienced Project QS seeking a new challenge. You will support the commercial management of construction projects, working closely with the wider project team to maintain cost control, manage subcontractor accounts and help ensure projects are delivered within budget.
The salary range of £35,000-£65,000 plus package reflects the opportunity for candidates at different levels of experience, with responsibilities and remuneration tailored accordingly.
