Based from their Liverpool office, the role is responsible for overseeing several residential blocks across multiple sites in the North West, ensuring properties are well-maintained, fully compliant with regulations, and provide a safe, high-quality environment for residents.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day maintenance operations across multiple residential sites
- Plan, schedule, and supervise both reactive and planned preventative maintenance
