With a strong reputation across the North West, this established contractor delivers refurbishment and new build projects up to Β£2m for education, healthcare and public sector clients, often within fully operational schools, hospitals and public buildings.
Due to a strong pipeline of secured work, they're looking to appoint an experienced Contracts Manager to join the team and oversee a portfolio of projects across the North West.
The Role
You'll take overall responsibility for several projects, ensuring they're delivered safely, on programme, within budget and to the highest quality standards.
The workload will be predominantly refurbishment, alongside some new build schemes.
Working closely with Site Managers, commercial teams and clients, you'll provide leadership across multiple projects while maintaining strong client relationships and ensuring minimal disruption within live environments.
What We're Looking For
Previous experience as a Contracts Manager within the construction industry.
A proven track record of delivering multiple projects simultaneously.
Experience managing refurbishment projects in live operational environments.
Experience within education, healthcare or public sector projects would be highly beneficial.
Strong leadership, communication and client-facing skills.
Good commercial awareness and programme management experience.
SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid qualifications are desirable.
