Our client, a leading specialist roofing contractor with a strong reputation for delivering high-quality roofing and waterproofing solutions across the UK, is seeking an experienced Site Supervisor to join their growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual with a strong background in flat roofing to take ownership of site operations, ensuring projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise and coordinate roofing operatives and subcontractors on site.
  • Ensure all works are carried out in accordance with project specifications, quality standards, and health & safety regulations.
  • Monitor project progress and report updates to Contracts Managers.
  • Conduct site inspections and quality checks throughout project delivery.
  • Manage materials, plant, and labour resources effectively.
  • Maintain excellent communication with clients, suppliers, and internal stakeholders.
  • Ensure all site documentation, permits, and records are completed accurately.
  • Promote a positive safety culture and ensure compliance with company procedures.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a Site Supervisor role within the roofing industry.
  • Strong background in flat roofing systems.
  • Excellent knowledge of health & safety legislation and site management practices.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
  • Strong leadership, organisational, and communication skills.
  • Full UK driving licence.
  • SSSTS or SMSTS qualification preferred.
  • CSCS card essential.
