Our client is an established consultancy specialising in commercial management, cost consultancy, contract administration and project support across major infrastructure, energy and engineering projects.
With a strong reputation for delivering commercial solutions across complex projects, the business works closely with major clients and project teams throughout the full project lifecycle. Due to continued growth and an expanding project portfolio, they are looking to appoint an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their team.
The Role
As a Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will provide commercial and contractual expertise across major infrastructure, energy and engineering projects.
Working closely with clients, project managers, engineers, contractors and wider consultancy teams, you will take responsibility for the commercial management of projects from early-stage development through to completion.
The role would suit an experienced Quantity Surveyor with strong NEC contract knowledge and a background working within infrastructure, energy, engineering or similarly complex project environments.
Key Responsibilities
* Providing commercial and quantity surveying services across major infrastructure, energy and engineering projects
* Managing project costs, budgets and forecasts throughout the project lifecycle
* Working within NEC3 and/or NEC4 contract environments
* Preparing and reviewing cost reports, forecasts and commercial reports
* Managing change control, variations and compensation events
