With a huge order book and a strong pipeline of work , the business is continuing to grow and is looking to strengthen its Contracts Management team with an experienced roofing professional. The company delivers a wide range of commercial and industrial roofing solutions , working on projects from new-build installations through to refurbishment, maintenance and specialist roofing works. The Role As Contracts Manager, you will be responsible for the successful delivery of multiple roofing projects from contract award through to completion. Key responsibilities will include: Managing multiple roofing projects from pre-start through to completion. Taking overall responsibility for project delivery, programme, quality and cost. Managing Site Managers, Supervisors, subcontractors and site-based teams. Coordinating labour, materials, plant and subcontract resources. Working closely with clients, main contractors and other project stakeholders. Attending pre-start, progress and client meetings. Monitoring project programmes and ensuring works remain on schedule.
