Role Overview
This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated and ambitious Junior Project Manager to join an experienced team and gain hands-on exposure to project management in the construction and facilities management industry. The successful candidate will work closely with skilled professionals across project delivery, coordination, and client management on a wide variety of engaging projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the delivery of projects from initiation to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
- Assist with the preparation and maintenance of project documentation, including plans, schedules, risk logs, and status reports.
- Communicate effectively with clients, suppliers, subcontractors, and internal teams to facilitate smooth project execution.
- Monitor project progress, address issues proactively, and escalate where needed.
- Provide support with internal audits, updates, and reporting tasks.
- Manage change request documentation and ensure compliance with contractual obligations.
- Help ensure all works comply with relevant industry standards and health & safety regulations.
- Contribute to ongoing improvements throughout the project delivery process.
