The Opportunity

Our client is one of the fastest-growing housing associations in the Northwest, offering excellent long-term opportunities within their responsive maintenance team. They are now seeking an experienced Joiner to join their Liverpool team, working across both occupied and void social housing properties.

Key Duties

  • Carry out all aspects of joinery repairs and maintenance
  • Work on both reactive and planned works across tenanted and void properties
  • Install, repair and maintain doors, skirting, architraves, kitchens, and general joinery components
  • Deliver high-quality workmanship while representing the organisation professionally
  • Engage directly with tenants/customers, ensuring excellent customer service
  • Complete works safely and in accordance with health & safety guidelines

Requirements

  • NVQ Level 2 in Carpentry & Joinery or equivalent qualification (must be able to provide proof)
  • Experience working within social housing or similar customer-facing maintenance roles
  • Full UK driving licence
  • Must be clean shaven for the Face Fit
  • No more than 6 points on licence; no alcohol/drug-related bans
  • Strong communication and customer care skills
