We are currently recruiting for an experienced IWI Fitter to work with one of our reputable Social Housing clients in the Exeter area.
Role Overview:
This position involves the installation of Internal Wall Insulation (IWI) in tenanted and void properties. You will be working as part of a team delivering retrofit and energy efficiency measures across social housing stock.
Requirements:
- Proven experience fitting Internal Wall Insulation in domestic properties
- Valid CSCS Card
- NVQ Level 2 or equivalent in a relevant trade
- Full UK Driving Licence - own transport preferred
- Experience working in Social Housing or with occupied homes
- Strong customer service skills and awareness of working in residents' homes
