We are currently recruiting for an experienced HGV Class 2 Driver to join the Facilities Team of a well-established construction business based at its Head Office in Preston, supporting projects across the North West. This is a temporary position with an immediate start available, offering consistent work for the duration of the contract.
The role is based on a 39-hour working week, typically starting at 7:00am, with occasional 6:00am starts when travelling to city-centre locations or to meet project requirements.
The Role: You will be responsible for the safe transportation of plant, equipment, materials, and site accommodation across multiple project locations throughout the North West, while also supporting yard operations and facilities activities when required.
Duties will include:
- Delivery, collection, and setup of site accommodation (cabins) to create project administration facilities
- Relocation of site accommodation as required by project programmes
