The Role: You will be carrying out a variety of external groundworks and fencing repairs across occupied social housing properties, ensuring all work is completed to a high standard while providing excellent customer service to tenants.
Key Responsibilities:
- General groundworks repairs and maintenance.
- Installation and repair of timber fencing and gates.
- Slabbing, paving and concreting works.
- Drainage repairs and associated groundwork tasks.
- Working safely within occupied residential environments.
- Ensuring work is completed efficiently and in line with health and safety regulations.
Essential Requirements:
- Valid CSCS Card.
