Overview: We are currently recruiting for a Ground Working Team on behalf of a Housing Association based in Manchester. This is an excellent opportunity for experienced Labourers and Ground Workers to join a busy team working on both tenanted and void properties throughout the Manchester region.
Duties Will Include:
- Installation of fencing and flagging
- General groundwork and site preparation
- Occasional brickwork and basic masonry tasks
- Ensuring work areas are kept tidy and safe
- Communicating with tenants and site supervisors
- Working as part of a team to meet deadlines and quality standards
Requirements:
- Previous experience in Social Housing maintenance or refurbishment projects
- Valid UK Driving Licence (essential)
- Own tools and PPE
- Ability to work on both tenanted and void properties with professionalism and respect
