Due to continued growth and a strong pipeline of secured projects, they are now looking to appoint a Graduate Quantity Surveyor to support the commercial team on low-rise apartment developments valued up to £30 million.

The Role

We are seeking an ambitious Graduate Quantity Surveyor to join the commercial team supporting the delivery of low-rise apartment developments across Manchester. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual looking to develop their career within a growing residential developer. The successful candidate will work closely with Senior Quantity Surveyors and Commercial Managers, gaining exposure across all commercial aspects of residential construction projects from procurement through to final.
