About the Role:
A leading development consultancy business is seeking a skilled and experienced Fund Monitor to join their team in Central Manchester. As a Fund Monitor, you will oversee the financial aspects of building projects, ensuring that funds are appropriately allocated, and that spending aligns with budgets, timelines, and investor requirements. Key Responsibilities:
