About the Role:

A leading development consultancy business is seeking a skilled and experienced Fund Monitor to join their team in Central Manchester. As a Fund Monitor, you will oversee the financial aspects of building projects, ensuring that funds are appropriately allocated, and that spending aligns with budgets, timelines, and investor requirements. This role involves conducting site visits, assessing progress, and preparing financial reports that track the project’s status and financial health.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor the financial performance of development projects
