The Role As Fit‑Out Estimator, you will be responsible for: * Preparing accurate and competitive cost estimates for fit‑out and refurbishment projects ranging from £200k to £200m * Analysing drawings, specifications, and tender documentation * Producing detailed take‑offs and pricing schedules * Liaising with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain competitive quotations * Identifying risks, value engineering opportunities, and cost‑saving solutions * Working closely with the commercial and operational teams to support successful project delivery * Assisting in tender adjudications and client submissions The Ideal Candidate The successful Fit‑Out Estimator will have: * Proven experience in estimating within the fit‑out, refurbishment, or interiors sector * Strong commercial awareness and attention to detail * Ability to manage multiple tenders and work to tight deadlines * Good understanding of construction methods, materials, and supply chain * Strong communication and negotiation skills * Proficiency in estimating software and Microsoft Office * A proactive and driven approach, with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team #J-18808-Ljbffr
