We are working in partnership with a leading Main Contractor who specialise in the delivery of complex recladding and facade remediation schemes across high-rise residential buildings. Due to a strong pipeline of secured projects, they are looking to appoint an experienced Facade Designer to join their growing technical team. This is an opportunity to play a key role in delivering critical building safety upgrades, contributing to projects that have a real impact on residents and communities.

The Role

As a Facade Designer, you will be responsible for the design, coordination, and technical development of facade systems across multiple recladding projects. You will work closely with internal delivery teams, consultants, and specialist subcontractors to ensure compliant, buildable, and cost-effective solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop detailed facade design packages for recladding schemes
  • Coordinate with architects, fire engineers, and external consultants
  • Ensure compliance with current building regulations, including fire safety standards
  • Review subcontractor designs and technical submissions
