Our client is a leading provider of fire protection services, specialising in both passive fire remediation and new installations across residential and commercial properties. Due to continued growth, they are seeking a skilled Fire Estimator to join their expanding team.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare accurate estimates for passive fire projects, including fire-stopping, fire doors, compartmentation, and structural fire protection.
- Estimate works for remediation and new installations across residential and commercial sectors.
- Review drawings, surveys, and specifications to produce detailed costings.
- Source pricing for materials, subcontractors, and labour.
- Collaborate with clients, suppliers, surveyors, and project teams.
- Support tender submissions, proposals, and technical responses.
What We're Looking For
- Experience estimating passive fire or construction projects (preferred).
- Strong understanding of fire-stopping, compartmentation, and fire safety compliance.
- Excellent numerical accuracy and analytical skills.
