Role Overview:
As an Estates Surveyor, you will play a key role in managing a mixed-use property portfolio. You will be responsible for day-to-day property management, implementing income-enhancing strategies, and fostering strong relationships with both clients and contractors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage the income from a varied property portfolio across the UK.
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with occupiers, ensuring confidentiality and trust.
- Collaborate with the accounts team on annual service charge budgets, reconciliations, and rent reports.
- Work closely with building managers and contractors to manage ongoing maintenance and repairs.
- Identify and drive cost-saving opportunities in partnership with clients and third parties.
- Manage rent collections, service charge budgets, and all aspects of landlord-tenant relations.
- Conduct regular property inspections and manage a small team of building managers.
- Provide support to senior management with additional tasks as required.
