Job Title: Electrical Supervisor Location: North Wales About the Role We are seeking an experienced and motivated Electrical Supervisor to oversee electrical installations, maintenance, and repair works. This role will involve supervising a team of electricians and contractors, ensuring that all electrical work is completed safely, efficiently, and in compliance with relevant regulations and standards. Key Responsibilities Supervise day-to-day electrical operations across the site, including planned and reactive maintenance. Lead and support a team of electricians, providing technical guidance and ensuring high-quality workmanship. Carry out inspections, testing, and commissioning of electrical systems. Ensure compliance with statutory requirements, health and safety standards, and industry best practices. Plan and allocate workloads, ensuring resources are used effectively to meet project deadlines. Maintain accurate documentation, including permits, inspection records, and compliance reports. Liaise with management, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure smooth delivery of electrical services. Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, reliability, and sustainability of electrical systems.Qualifications & Experience Recognised electrical qualification (NVQ Level 3 or equivalent). Current 18th Edition Wiring Regulations certification. Inspection & Testing qualification (2391 or equivalent) desirable. Proven experience in a supervisory or team leader role within the electrical field. Strong knowledge of electrical systems, fault-finding, and maintenance practices.
