With a strong pipeline of commercial, residential, and specialist projects, they are now seeking a talented Drylining Quantity Surveyor to join their commercial team and support continued growth.

As a Drylining Quantity Surveyor, you will take ownership of the commercial and financial management of key projects from inception to completion. You'll ensure costs are controlled, value is maximised, and contractual obligations are met throughout.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Preparation of cost plans, valuations, and variations
  • Management of subcontractor packages and negotiations
  • Monitoring project budgets and forecasting
  • Site visits and progress assessments
  • Final account preparation and reporting

  • Proven experience in drylining, SFS or plastering in Quantity Surveying
