The Role
As Quantity Surveyor, you will play a key role in managing the commercial aspects of construction projects, ensuring costs are controlled, contractual obligations are met and projects are delivered in line with agreed budgets and financial targets.
Working closely with project managers, site teams, subcontractors and clients, you will be responsible for monitoring project costs, managing procurement and valuations, identifying commercial risks and supporting the successful financial delivery of projects.
