Due to continued growth and an expanding workload, they are looking to appoint an experienced Contracts Manager to join their team. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated contracts professional to take responsibility for the successful delivery of projects from inception through to completion, ensuring that work is delivered safely, efficiently, on time and within budget. The Role As Contracts Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing multiple projects and managing the commercial, operational and contractual aspects of each contract. You will work closely with clients, subcontractors, suppliers and internal teams to ensure successful project delivery. Key responsibilities include: Managing contracts from award through to completion. Overseeing multiple projects and ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget. Managing client relationships and acting as a key point of contact throughout the project lifecycle. Monitoring project costs, budgets, variations and commercial performance. Managing subcontractors, suppliers and site teams. Reviewing contracts, specifications and project documentation. Identifying and managing commercial and contractual risks.
