Temp to permanent position

Our client, a well-established contractor within the social housing sector, is looking to recruit an experienced Scheduler to join their growing team based in Warrington. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a background in social housing or maintenance contracting who is passionate about delivering outstanding customer service and ensuring residents receive a positive experience throughout repair and planned maintenance works.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the main point of contact for residents throughout planned and reactive maintenance works.
  • Liaise with site teams, operatives, subcontractors and clients to ensure works are delivered efficiently.
  • Keep residents informed of appointment dates, progress updates and any changes to scheduled works.
  • Resolve customer queries and complaints promptly and professionally.
  • Monitor customer satisfaction and identify opportunities to improve the resident journey.
  • Maintain accurate records and update internal systems.
  • Work closely with operational teams to ensure service level agreements and KPIs are achieved.
  • Support the wider contract team with administrative and coordination duties as required.

About You

  • Previous experience in a Customer Experience, Customer Care or Resident Liaison role.
  • Experience working for a social housing contractor or within planned maintenance and/or reactive maintenance is essential.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Confident using Microsoft Office and internal scheduling/CRM systems.
  • A proactive approach with a genuine commitment to delivering excellent customer service.
