About the Role
We are looking to recruit an experienced Groundworker to join our team delivering works within the Social Housing sector as part of a planned works programme. The role will involve working on residential properties across Warrington, Northwich, Knutsford, Nantwich and Crewe, carrying out a variety of external groundwork improvements. This is a fantastic opportunity for a skilled Groundworker looking for long-term work with the potential to secure a permanent position following a successful temporary period. A company van and fuel card will be provided for business use.
Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will carry out a range of domestic groundwork tasks including:
- Flagging and paving works
- Installation and repair of fencing
- Gate installations
- Small drainage works
- General domestic groundworks on social housing properties
Work will be carried out across multiple sites, maintaining high standards of workmanship, customer service, and health & safety.
Requirements
To be considered for this role, candidates must have:
- Previous experience working within the Social Housing sector
- Proven experience as a Groundworker
- NVQ Level 2 in Groundworks (or equivalent)
- Full UK Driving Licence
- Own tools
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
