Our client is an established and growing M&E contractor delivering mechanical and electrical packages across a broad range of major construction projects throughout the North West and wider UK.
Following continued growth and the securing of a strong pipeline of new work, they are looking to strengthen their commercial team with the appointment of an experienced Quantity Surveyor .
This is a key commercial position where you will take responsibility for the financial and contractual management of mechanical and electrical packages, working closely with Project Managers, operational teams, subcontractors, clients and main contractors.
The role would suit someone who already understands the commercial demands of the M&E / Building Services sector and is confident managing projects from the early procurement stages through delivery, change management and ultimately final
