An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Associate Director to take a leading role within the Prime Residential division. This position is suited to a commercially astute professional who enjoys client-facing work, leading teams, and contributing to the strategic growth of a high-performing consultancy.
As Associate Director - Prime Residential, you will be responsible for:
- Leading the delivery of prime residential projects from inception through to completion
- Acting as the primary client contact, building and maintaining long-term relationships
- Providing expert cost management and commercial advice on high-value residential schemes
- Managing and mentoring junior and mid-level team members
- Supporting business development and contributing to work-winning activities
- Ensuring projects are delivered to the highest professional and quality standards
The successful Associate Director - Prime Residential will have:
- A strong background in prime or high-end residential property
- Proven experience in a senior quantity surveying or consultancy role
- MRICS qualification (or working towards Associate/Director-level accreditation)
- Excellent client-facing and stakeholder management skills
- A commercial mindset with the ability to contribute to strategic growth
- Leadership experience with a collaborative and proactive approach
£75,000 - £80,000 basic salary
