About the Role
We have an exciting opportunity for an ambitious and motivated Assistant Contracts Manager to join our growing team. This role is designed as a development position, providing the successful candidate with the opportunity to gain the skills, knowledge, and practical experience required to progress into a Contracts Manager role. Working closely with experienced Contracts Managers and the Senior Project Manager, you will play a key role in supporting the successful delivery of fit-out projects across the UK while developing your expertise in project management, client relations, and health and safety compliance.
Key Responsibilities
- Work alongside experienced Contracts Managers to gain a comprehensive understanding of contract and project management processes.
- Assist with the planning, coordination, execution, and successful completion of fit-out projects.
- Support the Senior Project Manager and Contracts Managers with day-to-day project activities.
- Build and maintain positive working relationships with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors.
- Assist in managing and promoting health and safety standards across all project sites.
- Support the preparation of health and safety documentation and ensure compliance with company procedures and statutory requirements.
