ASB Officer – Liverpool Contract: Temporary – 3 months Start Date: ASAP Rate: Β£18.00 per hour (paye umbrella) We\’re currently recruiting for an experienced Anti-Social Behaviour Officer to join a respected housing provider based in Liverpool. This is a temporary role for an initial 3-month contract, ideal for someone with a strong background in housing enforcement or community safety. Key Responsibilities: Investigate and manage reports of anti-social behaviour, including noise nuisance, harassment, drug misuse, and vandalism. Liaise with tenants, residents, police, and external agencies to resolve ASB complaints effectively. Gather evidence, interview complainants and alleged perpetrators, and take appropriate action in line with policies and legislation. Prepare case files and documentation for legal proceedings, injunctions, or possession action if necessary. Conduct estate inspections and community safety visits to prevent and respond to ASB. Provide advice and support to victims and witnesses of ASB. βœ… Requirements: Proven experience in a similar ASB, Housing Officer, or Community Safety role. Strong working knowledge of relevant housing and ASB legislation. Excellent conflict resolution, negotiation, and communication skills. Ability to manage a caseload independently and make sound decisions under pressure. Basic DBS check (or willingness to obtain one). Driving licence preferred but not essential. Why Apply?
