We are seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor with extensive experience in fast-track fit-out projects to join a dynamic team. You will play a pivotal role in managing commercial aspects of multiple projects, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget, while maintaining high standards of quality.
- Preparing accurate cost estimates, budgets, and tender documentation for fast-track fit-out projects.
- Managing contractual matters, valuations, and cost control throughout the project lifecycle.
- Liaising with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to monitor progress and resolve issues.
- Conducting risk assessments and providing commercial advice to support project decision‐making.
- Reporting on project costs and forecasts to senior management.
The successful Senior Quantity Surveyor will have:
- Proven experience in fast-track commercial fit-out projects.
- Strong knowledge of measurement, pricing, and commercial management processes.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- A relevant qualification in Quantity Surveying or equivalent.
