We are working with a well-established and growing £40m turnover Developer / Contractor based in Warrington, who are looking to strengthen their Pre-Construction team with the appointment of an Estimator.
As an Estimator, you will play a key role within the Pre-Construction team, supporting the accurate assessment and costing of projects from early-stage land appraisals through to tender submission.
- Liaise with Land, Technical and Design teams to gather key project information
- Maintain and update cost databases and estimating records
- Backgrounds from housebuilding, developer or main contractor environments considered
- Strong understanding of construction methods and cost planning principles
- Proficient in estimating software and Microsoft Office
- New-build housing experience
Competitive salary of £45,000 - £60,000
