Electrician - Social Housing PAY RATE - £26.44 Umbrella We are currently recruiting for an experienced Electrician to join a well-established team working across social housing properties in the Chester area. This is a great opportunity for someone looking for consistent, ongoing work. This position is an immediate start/ TEMP position. The Role: Carrying out electrical repairs, maintenance, and installations within occupied and void social housing properties Fault finding and ensuring all work is completed to a high standard Working independently across various properties in the Midlands Delivering excellent customer service when dealing with tenants Requirements: Fully qualified Electrician (NVQ Level 3 or equivalent) PAT Testing Certificate Current Certificate to BS2391 or equivalent standard in testing and inspection Previous experience within social housing is highly desirable Full UK driving licence Strong work ethic and ability to work independently If you're a reliable and skilled Electrician looking for your next role, we'd love to hear from you.
