We are currently recruiting for an experienced Electrician to join a well-established team working across social housing properties in the Chester area. This is a great opportunity for someone looking for consistent, ongoing work. This position is an immediate start/ TEMP position.
Responsibilities include:
- Carrying out electrical repairs, maintenance, and installations within occupied and void social housing properties.
Requirements:
- Fully qualified Electrician (NVQ Level 3 or equivalent).
- PAT Testing Certificate.
- Current Certificate to BS2391 or equivalent standard in testing and inspection.
- Previous experience within social housing is highly desirable.
- Full UK driving licence.
