We are currently seeking a skilled and motivated Testing and Inspecting Electrician to join our client’s growing team. This role focuses on testing and inspecting electrical systems, particularly fire alarms and emergency lighting, ensuring compliance with industry standards across various commercial and industrial projects., * Test and inspect fire alarm and emergency lighting systems to BS 5839 and BS 5266 standards.

  • Conduct periodic inspections, fault-finding, and testing in line with regulations.

  • Carry out repairs and upgrades to existing systems where necessary.

  • Ensure all inspections and testing are completed in compliance with electrical safety standards.

  • Provide technical support and guidance to clients and colleagues.

  • Produce detailed reports based on inspections and testing.

  • Experience in testing and inspecting.

  • 18th Edition, NVQ Level 3, Gold ECS Card, and 2391 (Inspection & Testing).

  • Previous experience in a similar role within the commercial or industrial sectors.

  • Strong knowledge of electrical safety regulations and compliance.

  • Excellent problem-solving skills and keen attention to detail.
