We are currently seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Accounts Assistant / Finance Administrator to join our client's finance team in Stockport. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong organisational skills and a proactive approach who enjoys working in a fast-paced finance environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Process purchase invoices and credit notes accurately and within deadlines
- Reconcile supplier statements and investigate discrepancies
- Assist with supplier payment runs
- Carry out regular bank reconciliations
- Maintain petty cash, staff expenses, and company credit card records
- Update and maintain financial records and filing systems
- Liaise with suppliers and internal departments to resolve account queries
- Provide general administrative support to the finance function
Requirements
