Our Client are currently looking for a Repairs Planner/Scheduler to join our clients Social Housing Support Services team in St Helens Merseyside. This role is all about keeping their repairs service running smoothly day to day - coordinating the field workforce, managing schedules, and making sure customers receive a high-quality, reliable maintenance service that meets safety and compliance standards.
What you'll be doing:
- Managing the electronic scheduling system and planning daily workloads
- Communicating with operatives, managers, and customers to keep jobs on track
- Re-planning work due to absences, overruns, material delays, or emergencies
- Monitoring progress, timescales, and service quality
- Delivering excellent customer service at all times
What our client is looking for:
- Strong planning, organisation, and multitasking skills
- Experience in admin and customer-facing roles
- Confident communicator, comfortable working independently
- Repairs, maintenance, construction, or housing experience is ideal
- Knowledge of Orchard, DRS, or Agile365 is a bonus
