We are currently recruiting for an experienced Electrician to work on a social housing maintenance contract covering Chester and surrounding areas.
Duties:
- Electrical maintenance, repairs and fault finding
- Testing & inspection
- Minor installation works
- Working in occupied social housing properties
- Completing job sheets and liaising with tenants
Requirements:
- NVQ Level 3 / City & Guilds in Electrical Installation
- 18th Edition
- 2391 Testing & Inspection (or equivalent)
- PAT Testing (preferred)
- Previous experience in maintenance or social housing
- Full UK driving licence
Details:
- Ongoing, long-term work
- Full-time hours
- Occasional overtime / call-outs may be required
