As Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will play a key role in managing the commercial and cost aspects of significant transport and infrastructure projects in the North Cumbria region. You will be part of a multidisciplinary team delivering projects from inception to completion, ensuring financial and contractual objectives are met.

As Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will be responsible for:

  • Leading commercial management across large-scale infrastructure projects.
  • Preparing and maintaining cost plans, budgets, and cash flows.
  • Managing subcontractor procurement, valuations, and payments.
  • Providing accurate cost reporting and commercial advice to project teams and clients.
