The Role
We are seeking a Senior Estimator - CAT A & B Fit Out to join a busy and ambitious team. You will play a key role in preparing accurate and competitive estimates for medium to large-scale commercial fit-out projects, ensuring profitability while maintaining high standards.
As Senior Estimator - CAT A & B Fit Out, you will be responsible for:
- Preparing detailed estimates for CAT A & B commercial fit-out projects
- Reviewing tender documentation and identifying risk and opportunities
- Collaborating with design and project teams to ensure feasible and profitable pricing
- Managing and updating cost databases, subcontractor rates, and supplier pricing
- Producing comprehensive reports, tender submissions, and cost plans
- Maintaining strong relationships with subcontractors and suppliers
The Ideal Candidate
The successful candidate will have:
- Proven experience in estimating CAT A & B fit-out projects
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and commercial interiors
- Excellent numeracy, analytical, and attention to detail
- Experience using estimating software and MS Office, particularly Excel
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tenders to deadlines
