The Role
As Fit‑Out Estimator, you will be responsible for:
- Preparing accurate and competitive cost estimates for fit‑out and refurbishment projects ranging from £200k to £200m
- Analysing drawings, specifications, and tender documentation
- Producing detailed take‑offs and pricing schedules
- Liaising with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain competitive quotations
- Identifying risks, value engineering opportunities, and cost‑saving solutions
- Working closely with the commercial and operational teams to support successful project delivery
- Assisting in tender adjudications and client submissions
The Ideal Candidate
The successful Fit‑Out Estimator will have:
- Proven experience in estimating within the fit‑out, refurbishment, or interiors sector
- Strong commercial awareness and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple tenders and work to tight deadlines
- Good understanding of construction methods, materials, and supply chain
