We are recruiting 2 experienced IDVA practitioners to support victims of domestic abuse.
- Caseworker IDVA: Manage caseloads, complete safety plans, attend MARAC, work with partner agencies.
- Duty Officer IDVA: Triage referrals, provide immediate safety planning and crisis support.
Both roles include duty cover (calls, self-referrals, face-to-face support) and require strong record-keeping and system skills (Mainstay preferred).
Experience working with domestic abuse victims is essential.
Enhanced DBS (Vulnerable Adults) required.
SafeLives/IDVA qualification desirable.
