With a reputation built on technical knowledge, customer service, and quality, they are looking to strengthen their commercial team with an experienced Senior Sales Engineer / Sales Manager.
The Role This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced technical sales professional with a strong background in pumps and fluid handling equipment.
Working closely with both new and existing customers, you will combine your technical expertise with commercial awareness to develop long-term customer relationships, identify new business opportunities and help drive continued business growth.
Key Responsibilities Manage customer enquiries from initial pump selection through to quotation, contract review and aftersales support.
Identify and source spare parts using technical drawings, manuals and product documentation.
Maintain and develop relationships with existing key accounts.
Generate new business opportunities through customer visits, networking and market development.
Assist with project planning, procurement and sourcing of Bill of Materials (BOM) components.
Liaise with suppliers and internal departments to ensure projects are delivered efficiently.
Maintain accurate customer records and sales documentation.
Work in accordance with ISO 9001:2015 quality procedures and maintain high standards of record keeping.

Desirable Experience managing key customer accounts.
Previous sales management or senior sales engineering experience.
Familiarity with ISO 9001:2015 quality systems.
Engineering qualification (Mechanical or similar).
