Join our client’s Responsive Repairs & Small Works team to oversee the operational management of responsive repairs, ensuring efficient, customer-focused service delivery while maintaining high standards and health & safety compliance. You will manage a team of operatives and resource schedulers, ensuring high performance and customer satisfaction., * Lead and manage the team to achieve key performance targets and improve customer satisfaction.

Allocate work and ensure operatives are utilized efficiently.

Conduct pre and post inspections and maintain accurate data.

Mentor and develop team members, including apprentices.

Ensure compliance with all health and safety and contractual obligations.
