Overview

We are currently seeking 2-3 experienced Groundworkers for an immediate start on a housing development in Leyland. This is a short-term contract with approximately 3-4 weeks of work remaining, focused on completing external works packages.

Key Responsibilities

  • Kerbing
  • Flagging
  • PCC/path edgings
  • Stoning up to levels
  • Ground preparation for block paving
  • General external works associated with the completion of a housing development
  • Working safely and efficiently to programme requirements

Requirements

  • Valid CSCS Card (essential)
  • Previous experience in groundworks and external works
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Own PPE
  • Reliable with a strong work ethic
  • Dumper ticket
  • Roller ticket
