We are currently recruiting for an experienced Multi Skilled Plumber to join a well-established team in the Manchester area on a temp to perm basis. The role will involve working across social housing properties, carrying out a variety of plumbing and general maintenance duties.
A van and fuel card will be provided for the successful candidate upon starting the role.
- Carrying out plumbing repairs and maintenance in social housing properties
- General multi skilled maintenance tasks as required
Requirements:
- NVQ Level 2 in Plumbing (or equivalent)
- Valid CSCS card
- Asbestos Awareness certificate
- Proven experience in a similar role (social housing preferred)
- Full UK Driving Licence
- Available for an immediate start
